NARVA is an exclusive brand for automotive lighting brought to you by Lumileds Holding B.V. (“Lumileds”). Lumileds is the warrantor of all NARVA-branded automotive products.

1. Applicable Legal Warranty Periods: Lumileds provides warranty coverage for its NARVA products based on the statutory legal warranty periods applicable in different regions, including but not limited to EMEA, the Americas, and others. The specific warranty period may vary by region. Additionally, specific product warranties such as the usage limit shall apply as outlined in the provided documentation. 2. Eligibility for Warranty: All products featured and sold on the NARVA website or via our sales partners and resellers are covered by a statutory warranty period depending on the product type and region. Our warranty policy covers a specified period from the date of purchase. This standard warranty covers manufacturing, design, or non-conformity defects in line with the applicable regulations. Installation must be carried out in accordance with good engineering practice and local regulations.

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidents, failure to follow the product instructions, or use in non-standard conditions. Coverage regarding products that have been modified (e.g., cut cables), altered, or tampered with, or shown obvious signs of misuse or that are fake, or counterfeit, shall not be accepted.

This warranty primarily pertains to non-commercial/professional usage of our products. Commercial usage, including fleets or single cars such as taxis, trucks, buses, delivery trucks, emergency vehicles, and the like, is also excluded.

4. Warranty Claim Process: Products are recognized as defective only if a technical analysis of the part in a Lumileds branch or authorized service centre confirms a manufacturing, design, or production failure. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product to these locations within a reasonable timeframe. Provide a clear description of the issue and include supporting documentation, such as images and/or videos. 5. Resolution Options:

1. Repair: Lumileds may offer to repair the product at no cost if the issue falls within the warranty coverage.
2. Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, Lumileds may provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
3. Refund: In certain cases, a refund may be offered at Lumileds’ discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability: Lumileds shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of the warranty claim process, except where it is prohibited by law.

7. Modification of Terms: Lumileds reserves the right to modify or update the terms of the warranty process at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the NARVA website.
